DMCA Policy
NoMatch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. While NoMatch Entertainment is a Canadian business and this site is not primarily governed by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we follow a DMCA-style notice-and-takedown process as a practical, widely understood standard for handling copyright concerns.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on nomatch416.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to Nomatchmusic@gmail.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- The specific URL or location of the material on this site
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
Our response
Valid notices are reviewed promptly, and infringing material is removed or disabled where the claim is substantiated. Because this is a small, actively maintained site, most reports can be addressed quickly once received.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you can reply to the same email with an explanation and any information supporting your right to use the material. That response will be reviewed before any final decision is made.
Contact
All copyright notices and counter-notices should go to Nomatchmusic@gmail.com.
Note: this is a general-purpose notice-and-takedown process, not formal legal drafting. If a dispute becomes serious or involves a third party's legal counsel, a lawyer should be brought in before responding further.
